I’m Shannon Hunter, and I’m the Founder of Hunter Conflict Solutions. After more than 30 years in Human Resources across a wide range of industries, I realized how much people and organizations need someone who truly understands both HR and the delicate nature of conflict resolution. I started this company because I want to share my experience and help others grow, succeed, and find peace in their work and personal lives.
