Mediation Fee Schedule
Our mediation fee is simple and charged at a fixed rate of $300 per hour for two parties, without regard to the nature, amount in controversy, or complexity of the case. This rate is divided by each party. In the event that there are more than two parties, the third and fourth party pays an additional $150 per hour to the base rate of $300.
We are a cashless organization. Please be prepared to make payments using one of the following methods: Credit Card, Zelle, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
​Mediation will not be scheduled or confirmed until each party has submitted their payment in full.

Special Client Needs: All of our mediation venues are fully accessible, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for individuals with disabilities. We prioritize wheelchair accessibility and provide accommodations to meet a variety of needs.

Partial-Day Fees
The fee is $450 per party for a minimum of three (3) hours. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.

Full-Day Fees
For full-day mediation sessions, the rate is $1,200 per party for up to eight (8) hours. Please refer to our cancellation policy for additional details.

Overtime Fees
If the mediation exceeds eight (8) hours for a full day or three (3) hours for a partial day, each party will be charged an additional $150 per hour as part of the $300 per hour rate. Please be prepared to provide payment, at the mediation, for overtime fees.

Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of $500 ($250 per party) will be charged to the canceling parties for any mediation canceled within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled date. Mediation fees are non-refundable once paid and scheduled. However, if the mediation is rescheduled and conducted, any funds exceeding the $500 cancellation fee will be applied toward the rescheduled session. We are committed to working diligently with you, your client, and your schedule to accommodate necessary changes.
Consultation Fees
Our team of experienced professionals offers a 20-minute phone consultation for $75 to discuss your conflict and provide guidance on scheduling your mediation or arbitration session.
