​General Information

• ​Mediation fees are a simple fixed rate of $300 per hour for two parties.

• One party may pay this rate in full, or it may be divided between the parties.

• ​If there are more than two parties, each additional party will pay a fee of $150 per hour.

Scheduling / Payments

• Appointments are available Monday - Friday, 9a - 6p.

• Evenings / Weekend appointments are available by appointment only.

• Payments must be made in advance before mediations may be scheduled.

• Payments may be made via credit card, Zelle, Cashier's Check, or Money Order.

• In-person and Virtual appointments are available.

Partial / Full Day Payments

• Partial day sessions: $450/per party (minimum of 3-hours).

• Full day sessions: $1,200/per party (minimum of 6-hours).

​Overtime / Additional Fees

• If mediation sessions extend past the scheduled 3-hour or 6-hour session, then each party will be charged the hourly fee of $150/hour. Please be prepared to submit payment at time of mediation session.

• Additional fees may be incurred for travel expenses, expert services (ex. financial advisor, doctors, etc.).

Cancellation

• A cancellation fee of $250 per party will be charged to the canceling parties for mediation sessions canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the mediation session. Otherwise, mediation fees are nonrefundable once scheduled. 

• If the mediation session is rescheduled and completed, any fees paid beyond the $500 cancellation fee will be applied to the rescheduled session.
