HR Advisory & Fractional Support
Our HR Advisory and Fractional Support solutions are fully customized to meet the unique requirements of your organization. Pricing is determined based on the specific services requested and the overall project scope.
HR Advisory Retainer
Starting at $1,500.00/month
Ongoing access to experienced HR counsel for organizations that need guidance, problem-solving, and strategic support without a full-time HR executive.
Services may include employee relations guidance, leadership consultation, performance management, policy and compliance guidance, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
Monthly engagements are customized based on organizational needs, level of access, and anticipated support.
Fractional HR Support
Starting at $3,000.00/month
Part-time HR leadership and hands-on support for organizations that need a dedicated HR partner but do not require a full-time HR executive.
Engagements may include strategic HR leadership, employee relations, HR infrastructure, policy development, performance management, workforce planning, leadership development, and HR process improvement.
Fractional engagements are structured around an agreed-upon level of monthly support.
Project-Based HR Consulting
Starting at $2,500.00/month
Focused HR expertise for a specific initiative, organizational challenge, or defined deliverable.
Projects may include HR assessments, employee relations investigations, policy development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, HR infrastructure, and HR technology implementation.
Project fees are determined by scope, complexity, deliverables, and timeline.
Mediation & Dispute Resolution
General Information

Mediation fees are a simple fixed rate of $300 per hour for two parties.

One party may pay this rate in full, or it may be divided between the parties.

If there are more than two parties, each additional party will pay a fee of $150 per hour.
Scheduling / Payments

Appointments are available Monday - Friday, 9a - 6p.

Evenings / Weekend appointments are available by appointment only.

Payments must be made in advance before mediations may be scheduled.

Payments may be made via credit card, Zelle, Cashier's Check, or Money Order.

In-person and Virtual appointments are available.
Partial / Full Day Payments
-
Partial day sessions: $450/per party (minimum of 3-hours).

Full day sessions: $1,200/per party (minimum of 6-hours).
Overtime / Additional Fees

If mediation sessions extend past the scheduled 3-hour or 6-hour session, then each party will be charged the hourly fee of $150/hour. Please be prepared to submit payment at time of mediation session.

Additional fees may be incurred for travel expenses, expert services (ex. financial advisor, doctors, etc.).
Cancellation

A cancellation fee of $250 per party will be charged to the canceling parties for mediation sessions canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the mediation session. Otherwise, mediation fees are nonrefundable once scheduled.

If the mediation session is rescheduled and completed, any fees paid beyond the $500 cancellation fee will be applied to the rescheduled session.

Leadership coaching that combines more than 25 years of HR leadership with expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness to help leaders navigate challenges and lead with confidence.
Our Coaching engagements are tailored to the needs and goals of each leader. Fees are based on the type of coaching and the length of the package we design together.
Leadership Coaching
Practical, confidential coaching for leaders navigating workplace challenges, strengthening their leadership effectiveness, and developing the skills and confidence to lead successfully.
Monthly Coaching — Starting at $300/month
One 60-minute individual coaching session per month.
Biweekly Coaching — Starting at $450/month
Two 60-minute individual coaching sessions per month for leaders seeking more consistent support and accountability.
Customized Coaching Programs — Pricing Based on Scope
For organizations or individuals seeking a more comprehensive coaching engagement, customized programs are available based on coaching objectives, frequency, duration, and level of support.
